How long will the barfi keep?

Our fresh barfi keeps for up to 10 days, but whether you can wait that long is another matter. Barfi should be stored in a cool dry place in an air tight container.

Ingredients

Milk powder, Vegetable Oil (Soya) Emulsifier (soya lecithin), Milk, Sugar, Butter ghee, Rice Flour (Wheat), Cardamom, Pistachio nuts, Cocoa powder, Fudge, Flavours and Colour. May contain E numbers which can have an adverse effect on children.
